1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tg888 ("tg888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tg888.bio. These Terms govern your access to and use of the tg888 website, mobile experience, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through tg888 or through PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on tg888. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of associated funds.

tg888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the tg888 Platform, including real-money gaming, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify tg888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or allow access to your tg888 account to any third party.

You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License) and proof of payment method ownership as part of the verification process.

Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tg888 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). tg888 supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 10 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal Verification: tg888 reserves the right to request identity verification and source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts, in compliance with PAGCOR and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the tg888 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Currency: tg888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All amounts are in Philippine Peso unless explicitly stated otherwise.

tg888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, bank systems, or network outages. Deposits that are unsuccessful due to payment processor errors will be returned to the originating account within three (3) to five (5) business days.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tg888 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the applicable promotion page. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Philippine players aged 21 and above.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg888 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information.
• Operating more than one registered account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated play on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin, or violating the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended).
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the underlying code or security systems of the tg888 Platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tg888 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any tg888 content without prior written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tg888 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from third-party payment processor failures, including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking institutions.
• Interruptions to service caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.
• Actions taken by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities that affect your ability to access the Platform.

tg888's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their tg888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

tg888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse is detected.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• tg888 is required to act by PAGCOR, a court order, or applicable Philippine law.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, tg888 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Upon legitimate account closure at the player's request or for administrative reasons not attributable to player fault, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable processing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tg888's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.

13. Amendments

tg888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the tg888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
